As trial attorneys, we try cases throughout the country in state and federal courts. National and international companies retain us to handle high-value claims, both as plaintiff and defendant. Many of the cases we handle involve the defense of company interests in employment, product liability, class action and personal injury litigation. In other cases, we represent company interests as plaintiff, including claims for breach of contract, fraud, theft of intellectual property, unfair competition, and breach of fiduciary duty. We also handle significant appeals in both state and federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court.
