Ansa Assuncao, LLP Achieves Defense Verdict in Harris County, Texas

Trial team Dan Ansa, Ryan Corkery, and Melissa Mortimer achieved a defense verdict on behalf of an international transportation company on April 27, 2011. The jury trial, which involved claims of wrongful death and punitive damages, occurred in Texas state court in Houston. The plaintiffs requested several million in damages. After nearly two weeks of trial, the jury returned with a complete defense verdict following a short deliberation.
