Ansa Assuncao, LLP Achieves Summary Judgment in Elevator Case

Ansa Assuncao, LLP attorney Jennifer Wright Schick secured summary judgment on behalf of our client in a $2 million personal injury action related to an alleged elevator malfunction. At the conclusion of fact and expert discovery, the Superior Court for the District of Columbia ruled the Plaintiff was required to establish negligence through expert testimony and had failed to do so in a legally sufficient manner.
