Ansa Assuncao, LLP Adds Former Judicial Clerk Roman Galas

Mr. Galas joined Ansa Assuncao in September 2009 having completed a two year judicial clerkship with the Honorable David R. Strawbridge, United States Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Prior to clerking with Judge Strawbridge, Mr. Galas earned his J.D., cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law.

Mr. Galas earned his bachelor’s degree in economics, with a management concentration, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a kicker for two Ivy League Championship-winning football teams and kicking coach for a third, and was a member of the junior varsity basketball team.

Ansa Assuncao, LLP attorneys Daniel Ansa, Steve McLaughlin, and Jim Gordon secured a favorable jury verdict in a trucking accident claim. Following a five-week trial venued in Seattle, Washington, the jury came back with a comparative verdict far below the amount demanded by the Plaintiff during settlement negotiations.
