Bryan Rotella

Mr. Rotella concentrates his practice on advising all types of businesses regarding a variety of corporate and litigation matters, including arbitration issues, with a particular focus on the health care industry.

Mr. Rotella’s arbitration background began with handling nationwide consumer class actions that involved challenges to the enforcement of arbitration provisions. His experience continued at trial law firms in Florida and California where he defended national Health Maintenance Organizations, long term care companies and medical professionals in multiple types of arbitration forums and provided counsel regarding the procedural and substantive components of their arbitration programs. Most recently, Mr. Rotella was Assistant General Counsel for a national long term care company where he successfully developed and implemented an arbitration program for all new resident admissions in the company’s most litigious states and managed other legal matters including employment, contract and commercial disputes, as well as the due diligence related to a private equity acquisition.

Mr. Rotella also participates in health care arbitrations as an arbitrator. Additionally, Mr. Rotella has first-chair jury trial and appellate experience, as well as experience representing medical professionals in license disciplinary matters involving state and federal agencies.

Geographically, Mr. Rotella represents his clients nationwide in state and federal courts and before arbitration panels, with a focus on matters pending throughout the State of Florida. Mr. Rotella is admitted to practice before all Florida and California State Courts, the Federal District Courts for the Middle District of Florida and the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of California.
