Mr. O'Neill is a litigator whose diversified civil practice includes commercial disputes as well as employment and tort litigation matters. Mr. O'Neill's practice is national in focus. He has successfully litigated many complex seven- and eight-figure disputes on behalf of national and international
manufacturers and employers in a wide variety of commercial, product liability, toxic tort and employment disputes in both state and federal courts all over the country. Most recently, his practice has focused on defending catastrophic injury product liability and trucking cases, as well as advising clients concerning risk management and litigation issues. He has handled catastrophic product liability and transportation claims all over the United States, including Alabama, Arizona, California, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington and West Virginia.

- Represented international vertical transportation company in bid protests and resulting litigation, product liability matters and catastrophic personal injury matters.
- Represented chemical manufacturer and distributor in litigation including series of class action lawsuits for loss of business, environmental damages and toxic tort claims resulting from a catastrophic fire at a manufacturing and storage facility.
- Represented various automobile manufacturers in product liability claims involving defect and crashworthiness claims.
- Represented various fork lift manufacturers in product liability claims involving defect claims.
Mr. O'Neill is admitted to practice and has litigated in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, the Northern District of Texas and the District of New Jersey. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute and is active in the Institute's Aerospace, Construction, Product Liability and Trucking Law Committees as well as its Young Lawyers Committee.
Mr. O'Neill also has a long history of practical aviation experience beginning with his attaining his civilian aviation license (fixed-wing, single engine) in 1988. During college Mr. O'Neill enlisted in the Pennsylvania National Guard and attended Basic Training and Advanced Individual Training at Ft. Rucker, Georgia where he was an honor graduate. Prior to completion of his undergraduate degree, Mr. O'Neill graduated from U.S. Army Officer Candidate School with honors and was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant. Mr. O'Neill was among the very few Army National Guard officers from across the country to be selected to attend U.S. Army Aviation and Warfighting Center at Ft. Rucker, Alabama where he graduated in 1995 with honors. Mr. O'Neill successfully completed Aircraft Qualification Courses for the UH-1, OH-6, OH-58 and AH-1 helicopters and holds a civilian commercial rotary-wing license with an instrument rating.
Mr. O'Neill attained his undergraduate degree from the University of Scranton. After graduating from the U.S. Army Aviation and Warfighting Center in 1995, he attended Villanova University School of Law in Villanova, Pennsylvania where he received his J.D. in 1998.
Since 2005, Mr. O'Neill has held an adjunct position teaching trial advocacy at his alma mater, Villanova University School of Law. Mr. O'Neill has also served as a member of the Temple American Inn of Court. Currently, he is a member of the Young Friends Committee of Lankenau Hospital and the Young Friends of the Philadelphia Antique Show.
