Ms. Bashar’s practice includes civil litigation in diverse areas of the law, including commercial disputes, contracts, real estate, land use, zoning, municipal issues, environmental claims and estates. She handles litigation matters through all phases of civil litigation in state and federal courts. She has won cases through dispositive motions and on appeal, including appeals to the New York State Court of Appeals. She has also facilitated the settlement of complex litigation. Her clients include large corporations, as well as individuals.
Ms. Bashar is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut and the Southern District of New York.
Ms. Bashar was a Senior Member of Pace Law Review.
