Kenneth A. Burden
Ken represents companies and organizations in a wide variety of commercial disputes, products liability and toxic tort claims, construction defect claims, and wrongful death and personal injury claims. He litigates in the federal and state courts in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and several jurisdictions nationwide. Prior to joining Ansa Assuncao, LLP, Ken worked in the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, where he litigated appeals before the New Jersey Appellate Division and the Supreme Court of New Jersey.

- Successfully defended the State of New Jersey against a state constitutional challenge to a statute allowing retired judges to be recalled to service after reaching the age of 70.
- Successfully defended the State of New Jersey against a Sixth Amendment Confrontation Clause challenge to the introduction of a forensic toxicology report into evidence at trial.
