Hailey Tutton Hickey

Hailey Tutton Hickey represents those who have been seriously injured because of someone else's negligence. She handles cases involving car crashes, commercial truck collisions, motorcycle crashes, injuries on unsafe properties, and other personal injury matters. Hailey understands that being injured can turn someone's life upside down, and she works to help her clients understand their options and navigate the legal process during a difficult time.

Growing up in a small, close-knit community in northwestern Pennsylvania, Hailey developed a strong sense of community and a desire to help others. Those values continue to shape the way she practices law. She knows that an injury can affect much more than someone's physical health. It can impact their family, their ability to work, and their everyday life. She carries that understanding into her work and the relationships she builds with her clients.

Before joining Ansa Assuncao, Hailey worked as a trial attorney at Morgan & Morgan, one of the nation's largest personal injury law firms. There, she represented injured people throughout Pennsylvania and gained extensive experience handling personal injury litigation. She prepared cases for trial, participated in trials, and negotiated settlements on behalf of her clients. This experience gave her a strong foundation in building cases and pursuing meaningful results for injured individuals and their families.

Earlier in her career, Hailey represented railroad workers across the country who developed serious illnesses, including cancer, after exposure to harmful substances such as diesel exhaust and asbestos. This work involved handling complex cases with significant medical issues.

Hailey has also worked with veterans and their families on disability benefits and bankruptcy matters. As the daughter of a veteran, this work was especially meaningful to her and strengthened her desire to help those who have served.

Hailey earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/Pre-Law and Philosophy from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2016. She went on to earn her law degree from Drexel University's Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2019, with a concentration in Health Law.

Hailey is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska. She has been recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star for four consecutive years, from 2023 through 2026, an honor awarded to no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in Pennsylvania each year.

Outside of the office, Hailey enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, getting lost in a good book, and spending time with her husband, Shane, and their family and friends.
