Stacey M. Lounsbury

Stacey is an experienced trial attorney with a practice focusing on nationwide civil litigation.  Prior to joining Ansa Assuncao, Stacey gained valuable experience as a general litigation associate representing personal injury clients, as well as defending insurance claims.  This experience provided Stacey with invaluable insight into the practices and methodology on both sides of a lawsuit, strengthening her ability to strategically advocate for her clients.  She has successfully defended numerous insurance claims at trial and has also achieved favorable settlements for injured clients.  In this role, Stacey also successfully represented businesses and individuals in breach of contract claims and assisted with tax controversy matters.

While in law school, Stacey served on the editorial board as Comments Editor of Law Review.  Stacey also received the Excellence in Clinical Education Award for her involvement with the University of Baltimore’s Community Development Clinic, for which she provided advice to minority-owned small businesses.
